Do you charge a transaction fee?

No. The rate you see on our pricing page is what you will pay monthly.

What are your payment options?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Depending on the plan you select, your card will be charged monthly or annually for the amount of your B360 plan. We also provide an online customer portal where you can view invoices or change your credit card information at any time.

How do annual plans work?

Annual plans allow you to save 10% off the monthly plan by making a single payment yearly. If you are currently on a monthly plan, you can switch to an annual plan by contacting our customer success team.

Can I pay on account?

With the exception of B360 Enterprise, all of our plans are currently credit card only.

When do you begin charging my card?

We begin charging your card 30 days after you sign up with us.

How can I learn more about your services?

We encourage you to sign up for a demo or reach out to our sales team at any time with your questions. 

Can I upgrade my plan at a later date?

Absolutely! You can change plans at any time by contacting our customer success team.

How long are your contracts?

The initial term is one year.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Depending on the plan selected and onboarding services needed, there are fees associated with the implementation of your new DTC program. Please contact us so that we can fully understand your requirements. 

Will you help me set up my website?

Yes. Our support team is here to answer your questions and assist you with the migration of your website. 

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for customers who choose the annual payment plan. Also, be sure to check out our referral program!

Can I move data from my old provider?

Yes, as long as your existing provider allows you to export data in a .csv file, you can import that data into your new B360 account.

Do you have a Reseller Program or pay commission for referrals?
